My dog has hated swimming and I was curious to see if the life jacket would give her confidence! She loved it! She even jumped off the side of the pool! It was buoyant. Definitely a good investment. She’s a very small golden lab mix and we ordered a large and it’s perfect. We can adjust it if she grows too.

SO CUTE! I love it; my dog is still unsure, but at least she is the cutest pup on the water! Rosie, is a 8 y/o Rescue Catahoula who can’t use her back legs anymore. I got this to hopefully get her in the water to help relieve some pressure on her joints from laying down constantly. She got some movement going in her back legs while in the water but didn’t want to stay in, but with this I feel so comfortable with her being out there!

The shark fin is hilarious! Seems to be comfortable, strong adjustable clasps and velcro under the belly. My dog is 85-90 Lbs, I got him the XL. It fit great! Peace of mind knowing he’s protected!

Bought the XS pink mermaid for my miniature pinscher mix. We tested it out while on my paddle board, she fell in and still floated and the little mermaid tail flapped behind her (it was soo cute). It was easy to rescue her and carry her around because the handle on top was perfectly placed, no issues with sliding out or anything.

We just adopted two labs. Our black lab can swim but our chocolate lab can NOT swim. He is much bigger than his brother and the XL fits. Haven’t tried it yet in the water but have had him try it on a couple of times and it fits great! It’s so adorable on!

This doggy life vest is great! Our dog is wearing a large here. She is on the smaller side of a large and this vest tightens enough that she fits perfectly into it! Highly recommend!!

We love it so much. My 6 mo Husky puppy enjoys the beach and it really helps him with staying afloat. We already called him land-shark but now he is water shark. He doesn’t find it uncomfortable and the handle really helps grab him when we need to. The size fits well too. No down sides so far. It’s really hard to have a downside when the suit it perfect!

My dog used to have one which I bought around three years ago and it is durable. We moved from city and decideto purchase another one and I love it. She loves swimming but she is not a good swimmer so it does the work. Recomend

So my Punk-in is afraid of loud sounds/noises and there was construction being done outside of my apartment. Needless to say, she was nothing short of restless. Pacing, whining, more pacing and not to mention a look of sheer terror. The vet even prescribed an anti anxiety medication for her. I almost gave them to her because she was STRESSED but I decided to try her life vest first. And what we see here is a sleeping (finally calm) pup!! The vest also mimics a hug. I guess it worked!! Great for boating and to calm her. Multi use would definitely purchase again. She seems to be very comfortable in it. She actually likes putting it on!

Just as advertised. I have 120 lb boxer pit so I ordered a Lg. It will adjust to fit him but hindsight, I shouldve went with the XL. Other than that, great product. Adjustable velcro and quick disconnect snaps. Would recommend to a friend

Our GSD is 85-90 pounds of fluffy long hair. The Large fits her just right…if she beefs up anymore we are in trouble. It hugs her well and doesn’t ride up or get in her way. We have a pontoon boat and use the handle to lift her out of the lake as she puts her feet on the ladder. It’s made it through the summer with no tears or damage at the handle location.She was a decent swimmer but I think nervous when she couldn’t touch bottom. She liked to hug the shore…now she jumps right off the boat into open water with us and swims non stop.

This dog actually picks the rear of your dog up when swimming to help them swim and float! I had to lift my 60+lb dogs into the kayak multiple times and the handle was sturdy and never ripped. The dogs seemed comfortable and unbothered too, they didn’t fight me putting the vests back on.

We carefully measured Sorcha per the face page here. She definitely was the right size for an XL according to our measurements and the seller’s chart. She’s a German Shepherd who is a bit over 100 lbs. with very large muscular forequarters, check, shoulders and neck. Her waist is relatively small.We got this PFD for dogs (PFD = Personal Flotation Dog?) because my wife wants to keep Sorcha with us when we kayak or paddleboard. While Sorcha is ok in the water, her heavy musculature and bone structure have her floating deeper than most dogs. She’s therefore not that enthusiastic about swimming. We’re also concerned there if she fell overboard in the middle of a larger lake, the swim to shore would overtire her if she had to do it without supplemental floatation.We can’t see how we can get such a large dog back on the paddleboard or kayak if she did fall into the drink. Despite us being as careful as we could be, the jacket doesn’t fit well. The neck and chest/waist straps work but the main body of the device is too small so we can’t get the Velcro to mesh. This leaves Sorcha somewhat swimming inside the vest rather than the vest/dog combo making her buoyant. We plan on messing with the straps some to get an ok fit but it won’t be as good as we’d hoped. Still, it’s better than nothing by a long stretch.There’s both a top handle and an eye for attaching a lead so if she does go into the water, we can attach a line and tow her to shore. If this occurs it surely will not be her favorite lake outing but it’s better than one of us getting in the water to do a swimmer’s rescue. The eye can also accommodate a leash for when we’re on land.Please see the photo of Sorcha testing the system. We’re unsure if a dog in a kayak or on a paddleboard is a good idea but at least with this, it’ll be a safe idea.

Super cute! I got my dog the shark one. She absolutely hates it, but I love it. She hates the water in general, so I got this for her tone on her own instead of climbing on my shoulders. The only thing is that she’s able to move her entire arm to the neck part no matter how tight we make the vest so it can be dangerous if you’re not watching your pup because they start flipping more to one side haha. Overall though it’s comfy, it WORKS, and it’s adorable!
