So far the vest is holding up quite well, and while I haven’t put the full weight on it, (Im still working with one metal bar per pocket) it does feel like it’ll hold up for quite some time. The inserts are easy enough to put in, and while it is a bit cumbersome to remove the inserts, it shouldn’t be a problem if your doing it with the vest removed. The Velcro straps are strong enough to hold if your doing intense exercise. It’s snug enough to stay put while training with a heavy bag and running.

This is a very comfortable weighted vest. It is slim and can be adjusted to fit broad or slender shoulders.

I purchased this vest to add resistance to my regular everyday activities such as house chores and office work. Though, I think if you are a fan of weighted blankets this would be right up your alley as well.

All parts were included in order. I bought plates too. Straps secure the weight for exercise. Comfortable. It’s made to put your straps through the loops first then slide overhead. Weights slide in simple. Exactly what I needed to add progressing weight to bodyweight exercises. Thanks!

I use the vest for taking the dog on long walks and doing chores around the house. I could lose a little more weight before trying to incorporate into more calisthenics but imagine it would be great for adding a little more on body squats etc.
